ROUND 4 - KWC Selection Race Series IV. Held on the 7 Sep 2003 Raffles Marina.

Raffles Marina is a Holiday Resort near to the Sea, Feature Yachts Park, Hotels, Fishing Paradise, Swimming pools and Beautiful Interior.

It is a Multimillion Dollars Resort. Located near to the Secondlink. Could be accessed by Public Bus Service.

The race track are joint to this resort, Featuring the Mid-High speed track, The car could speed up to 90km/h.
